Welcome to Fresh Yard! We’re proud to keep your yard clean, safe, and enjoyable. These Terms of Service explain how our pet waste removal services operate, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
By requesting or continuing service with Fresh Yard, you agree to these Terms.
Fresh Yard provides recurring pet-waste/yard waste removal and yard sanitation services for residential and commercial properties.
2.1 Yard Access
Please ensure gates are unlocked and the yard is accessible on your scheduled service day. If the yard is locked or unsafe to enter, we will make an attempt to contact you to remedy any issues. If the yard must be skipped for safety or accessibility reasons, the visit will be charged as a completed service.
2.2 Pets, Safety, and Special Instructions
2.3 Pausing Service
Allow 48 hours’ notice to pause or cancel service to avoid being charged. Paused services do not receive prorated credits. unpausing may result in a service day shift of up to ±3 days to optimize routes.
3.1 Monthly Billing
Prepaid recurring billing model. Your card will be charged monthly on the same calendar day for the next month.
3.2 Failed Payments
Failed payment transactions will be retried three times by our payment processor. We will notify you within this window and request that you update payment information or correct any issues. Service may be paused if payment fails and resumed when payment is received.
4.1 Reliable Service
We show up on your scheduled service day. In case of weather, holidays, or emergencies, we will reschedule within 72 hours or provide a credit.

Notify us within 24 hours and we will return to correct any issues. Waste under tall grass, leaves, snow, or other items may be skipped for safety or accessibility, or missed if not visible.
We optimize routes for efficiency and send en route notifications.
Service days may shift by up to ±3 days to make our routes and your service more efficient and predictable.
5.1 Holidays & Weekends
If your service day falls on a Federal holiday, we will reschedule service within 48 hours. Weekend services may incur additional charges.
You can pause or cancel anytime via email, text, or customer portal.
48 hours’ notice required to avoid next billing. Mid-cycle cancellations do not receive prorated refunds.
We provide complimentary Fresh Yard treat bags. Please notify us of any allergies (especially peanut allergies).
We may take photos of pets for our website or social media. Please notify us via email or text if you prefer NO photos.
